Job Purpose
To manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) used for digital and blended training programs across the life insurance organization. This role ensures effective system operations, content delivery, compliance tracking, and reporting to support employee and agent capability development.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and configure the LMS (e.g., SuccessFactors, Moodle) for optimal performance.
· Upload and manage digital learning content, including SCORM packages and multimedia.
· Create user accounts, assign roles, and manage access permissions.
· Support trainers and managers with training assignments, course creation, and learner enrollment.
· Track training completion and generate reports for compliance and business metrics.
· Ensure regulatory training modules (e.g., AML, sales conduct) are properly assigned and tracked.
· Provide first-line support for LMS-related issues and liaise with IT or vendors for escalations.
· Coordinate with HR for integration of LMS with employee data systems.
· Implement enhancements such as gamification, mobile compatibility, and learning analytics.
· Maintain system documentation and perform routine audits for data accuracy.
