Get to know the RoleThe L&D Program Coordinator is the integral part of the L&D function, who is central in backing up the front liners to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
The day-to-day activities- Planning and executing all trainings-- work with country Pops to execute locally.
- Managing and maintaining the training calendar for the region
- Operations-- Facilitators, rooms, training materials etc
- Vendor Management-- Keep a track of different vendors for different needs
- POs and Invoices
- Repository of all training material and efficient management of the G drive
- Survey management-- tracking all trainings done.
- Internal Marketing of L&D programs
- Be curious about learning and organize brown bags with new kinds of learning partners
- Take charge of the LMS and monitor its use
The must haves- At least 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role with L&D
- Experience in managing deployments like LMS across a widely dispersed organization
- Organised, passionate and versatile to handle a variety of responsibilities
- People-oriented and possess individual leadership of the function
