JOB DESCRIPTION

● Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/business and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity,facility design and create process documentation● Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, developbudgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility● Design, Install and debug tooling and capital equipment as it relates to processimprovement● Develop and conduct compliance audits, program evaluations and reviews to driveresults with the fortitude to ensure change is permanent● Find out the issues and cooperate with Factory Manager to improve them.● Find out the wastes and work with management to eliminate them.● Work closely with QA, HR to develop methods that would help in reducing cost, enhance the quality, increase the efficiency and product safety quality assurance.● Make and publish the Manual. Beside that also support QA and HR to publish the Manual.● Cooperate with QA, HR to organize the Weekly meeting to show out the issues about the productivity, quality, Safety to improve them.● Set up and conduct the 5S audit system.● Build up and organize the Kaizen system.Other responsibilities will be discussed through the interview.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor's degree from an accredited University● Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving andanalytical skills● Training in Lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen facilitation● Strong leadership skills, experience working in a unionized environment, ability tolearn and apply new concepts and overcome obstacles with change● Ability to work with and influence others in a fast paced environment.
