- Lead Lean Manufacturing implementation efforts (6S, Kanban, Heijunka, JIT, Jidoka, SMED, Pull System, etc.).- Drive cost-saving activities and process optimization across departments.- Oversee and support implementation of automation initiatives in manufacturing.- Supervise material flow design and improvement for Incoming, WIP, and Finished Goods.- Lead space optimization efforts through layout redesign and lean flow assessments.- Conduct feasibility studies on line performance, manpower utilization, workflow balancing, and capacity, and guide the team in implementing improvements.- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to align Lean goals with purchasing decisions.- Develop and manage budget and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning on a quarterly and annual basis.- Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, and OHS requirements and procedures in Lean activities.- Provide Lean support and guidance to other Computime plants as required.- Mentor and coach engineers and staff on Lean principles and tools
