LEAN MANAGER

- Lead Lean Manufacturing implementation efforts (6S, Kanban, Heijunka, JIT, Jidoka, SMED, Pull System, etc.).
- Drive cost-saving activities and process optimization across departments.
- Oversee and support implementation of automation initiatives in manufacturing.
- Supervise material flow design and improvement for Incoming, WIP, and Finished Goods.
- Lead space optimization efforts through layout redesign and lean flow assessments.
- Conduct feasibility studies on line performance, manpower utilization, workflow balancing, and capacity, and guide the team in implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to align Lean goals with purchasing decisions.
- Develop and manage budget and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, and OHS requirements and procedures in Lean activities.
- Provide Lean support and guidance to other Computime plants as required.
- Mentor and coach engineers and staff on Lean principles and tools

- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
- Proven leadership in Lean project implementation and cross-functional team management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 6S, TPM, SMED, Kaizen).
- Familiarity with automation technologies and process improvement strategies.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Ability to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement in Lean.
