Mô tả công việc

  • Make recruitment, training & human resource plans monthly, quarterly and yearly; build career development program for company's employees
  • Make monthly, quarterly, yearly recruitment plan as to company' s and department's requirement
  • Set up recruitment plan: position, amount, quality and time, recruitment methods, recruitment cost..
  • Receive applicants who pass interview deliver new employees to departments which have recruitment.
  • Observe labor contract signning
  • Develop the plan and objectives of the factory's training
  • Establish, guide and control the implementation of the company's training policies and training procedures to ensure consistency and compliance the system
  • Organize, arrange training programs in accordance with the needs and plans set out; Select the appropriate training and quality partners
  • Train integration contents for internal and contents related soft skills, basic working skills.
  • Manage the training budget, evaluating the plan, the training program and the partner providing training services effectiveness.
  • Search and organize new training courses suitable to individual / factory
  • Coordinate with departments, internal trainers to organize training courses according to plan and on request of the company
  • Evaluate post-training results
  • Advise and support the management of the company's career orientation to employees and pay special attention to the potential employees

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the same position
  • Candidates who has working in the shoes industry will be priority.
  • MS.Office ( word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Fluent in english
  • Can work under pressure  and Teamwork
  • Data analysis
  • Salary negotiable
