Get to know the Role:
Shape the overall product vision and roadmap to take Grab’s remittance business from a start-up in a start-up to the leading remittance product in the region
Define and deliver GrabRemit’s strategy of leveraging our unique data insights and distribution to build a best-in-class customer experience for sending, receiving, and spending remittances globally
Collaborate with Engineering and Design leadership to define an ambitious strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users
Drive strong collaboration and communication across function leads. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across nearly all functions in the company– marketing, sales, operations, data science, engineering, content, customer service
Influence key stakeholders on new ideas, product go-to-market plans and promotion strategy. Oversee timely and well-executed delivery of GrabRemit products
Build and manage a strong cross-functional team across a matrixed organization
Good to have:
6-8 years of product management experience, of which 3+ years as a senior product manager at a tech software company, with experience managing a product and delivery team
Experience in digital remittances and knowledge of payment platforms strongly preferred
Expert at product lifecycle management and able to work with multiple functional teams such as product management, program management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing
Broad general management mindset, strong business acumen, customer-focused, and results-oriented]
Demonstrated ability to develop a vision and product strategy, influence decision making at a board level, and execute to deliv
Operate autonomously to prioritize and drive results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Ability to work and influence in a complex cross functional environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills
