Get to know our Team:

Get to know the Role:

-Co-create Business Development plan and roadmap and ensure that this is synchronized with overall Grab strategic direction

-Project manage various Business Development initiatives to ensure it meets company KPIs

-Serve as a key member of the Grab Business Development team to drive overall strategy


The day-to-day activities:

- Strategic Selling: Be at the forefront of driving sales and awareness for the Grab for Business platform solution. Manage all aspects of the sales process for mid-market and large SMB customers including strategizing, prospecting, managing and closing sales opportunities (across our multiple business solutions). Provide effective live product demonstrations and adopt a consultative sales approach to drive Grab for Business adoption across Cambodia companies at scale.

-​ Relationship Management: Build strong and long-lasting relationships with our customers through long term planning, handling objections, asking the right questions and understanding their pain points while resolving them. Establish a solid understanding of Grab’s business solutions to service customers better and align with their agenda. Build and maintain healthy cross-functional relationships within Grab for the smooth functioning of your business.

-​ Expert Selling skills: Understand the decision making processes in Cambodia mid-market and large SMB companies for business transport, corporate food delivery and office courier services (as applicable). Establish direct connections to HR, General Affairs (Admin), Finance or even C-level based decision makers and serve as a trusted advisor to these executives.

- Sales Team Collaboration | Communication: Work closely with the Regional Manager - Inside Sales and our remote Telesales team to forecast sales activity and leads, build robust pipelines and track revenue in our CRM systems. Be extremely organized, and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple initiatives simultaneously. Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff. Keep track of the competition, competitive issues and products ​



The must haves:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree

-​ Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales (work experience in a growth startup is acceptable as well). Experience in consultative selling to mid-market and large SMB customers in Cambodia is a plus. Demonstrated ability to see through full sales cycle; from creating pipeline of sales leads, managing sales activities to client management (of influencers and decision makers) and to ensuring pre → post- sales client satisfaction.

-​ A suitable candidate will have an impressive track record in meeting and even exceeding sales targets.

-​ Excellent people skills and experience establishing, maintaining and leveraging on relationships and professional networks.

-​ Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good verbal, presentation and written skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.

-​ Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in sales & business acquisition. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.

-​ Proficiency in customer experience tools (SalesForce CRM, reporting dashboards)

-​ Good computer skills and comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides
