In this role, you advocate latest Grab engineering best practices while generating content and combining the delivery skills of a technical trainer. The position provides a balance between working with Grab engineering teams internally while building domain expertise in various technologies as you shape the onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for tech Grabbers.

This role combines a hybrid of technical and soft skills. Ideally, you are someone with programming experience with which you can build small applications and delve hands-on into new tech stacks to develop content for onboarding and continuous learning. You establish trust and credibility with managers and engineers alike and are equally well-respected for nurturing fresh Grab tech talent. You understand the strategic intersection of hiring, onboarding, training, and platform adoption keenly and can work iteratively to fulfill skill-up needs. You don’t just want to play a role, but you step up routinely to own problems.
