Job Description

Reporting to MP Finance Supervisor, your job duties will include:
• Participate in building Marketplace processes, calculate and consolidate shipping fee, payment fee, payment cycle, providing data and other finance activities related to Marketplace.
• Perform data analysis, provide report to measure and analyze fees calculation for Marketplace.
• Develop and automate reports, interactively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
• Coordinate with other teams (Commercial, PSC, Platform Health, Cross-border, Regional team etc.) to detect root cause and figure out solution as well as fix the issue, supporting to solve ad-hoc claims request from sellers.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to drill down into process changes of Marketplace, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
• Perform financial reconciliation basing upon finances request
• Support to supervisor and team members as needed related to finances & accounting requirements.
• Train operating skills to colleagues for understanding data insights and handling basic data analysis skills

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) majoring in Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Computing, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems or related fields
• 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis
• System-savvy (preferably knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, C++, Python)
• Analytics skills, Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (including Back-end Database of SQL, advanced Excel, or other analytical tools) with experience using data to create and improve process.
• Strong project management skills, with
• Must be detail oriented, flexible, strong execution to get thing done, creative and extremely organized. Experience in collaborating with different business functions and key stakeholders.
• Must have an excellent work ethic
• Knowledge and experience in SAP FI are preferred and interest in E-commerce Industry
• Fluent in English
