Lazada-Associate, Seller Tools

Job Description

Seller Tools position is responsible for the management and training of Seller Tools. The key responsibilities are to:
• Manage all of resource location on seller app, notification operation
• Activate new seller and keep the selling sellers active, through communication with other team to enhance the popularity of seller app
• Analyze data and build the seller KPI dashboard
• Monitor new seller growth, optimize the business efficiency of seller
• Build the seller Service Index system and Seller stratification
• Train seller and internal team about Lazada platform tools for Seller
• Discover tools problem, coordinate with product team to improve the user experience
• Produce the quality content on app, such as write seller success stories, videos to motivate sellers and help seller improve through content

Job Requirements

In order to success in this role, you should ideally have:
• Graduate with Bachelor degree of Management majors are preferable
• Have seller work experience on Lazada Business is preferable
• Proactive, cooperative
• Good at tools and data analysis
• Good communication skills, both Vietnamese and English
• Have good project management ability and team management ability
