Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders for general repair within assigned time frame in order to achieve the utmost operational efficiency of the equipment.

  Hoàn thành thành công việc trong thời gian cho phép để đạt được hiệu quả vận hành thiết bị 1 cách tối đa.

• Performs systematic checks and inspections to aid in the upkeep of the equipment and established proactive maintenance program in order to prevent malfunctions, breakdowns and general depreciation.

  Kiểm tra, giám sát định kì hỗ trợ cho việc bảo dưỡng thiết bị và chủ động thực hiện chương trình bảo trì để ngăn chặn hư hỏng, lỗi  và hao mòn chung.

• Performs basic maintenance and repair of laundry equipment using manuals and their past history.

  Thực hiện công việc liên quan đến bảo trì, sửa chữa liên quan đến hệ thống giặt ủi.

• Maintain daily logs of operation and maintenance activities.Documents material/parts needed and/or used for any work performed.

  Thực hiện sửa chữa và bảo trì cơ bản những thiết bị giặt ủi sử dụng bản hướng dẫn kĩ thuật và những tiền sử hệ thống của chúng.

• Report serious maintenance problems, accidents, or safety hazards to manager/supervisor.

• Thông báo những vấn đề, tai nạn bảo trì hoặc hiểm họa về an toàn nghiêm trọng cho quản lý/ giám sát.

•  

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

  Làm việc hòa đồng và chuyên nghiệp với đồng nghiệp và giám sát.

• Respond to all emergency situations during or after hours to resolve safety concerns.

• Phản ứng nhanh trong mọi tình huống khẩn cấp trong hoặc sau giờ làm để giải quyết những vấn đề về an toàn.

• Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.

  Lưu tâm đến những thiết bị và cơ sở vật chất trong khu vực chịu trách nhiệm để đảm bảo hoạt động theo đúng trật tự.

• May be required to perform other duties required by management.
