Last Mile Delivery Specialist

As a Last Mile Delivery specialist, your main duties is managing our different 3PLs for last mile delivery to insure performance of 3PL and coordinating between Operation & 3PL.

· Provided the necessary communication and support between stores and 3PLs

· Assisted in the planning and coordination in executing last mile delivery

· Provided efficient utilization of delivery team capacity ensuring quality and budgetary targets objectives were met.

· Adhered to contractual agreements and key performance indicators (KPI) for 3Pls

· Used personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges 3Pls

· Reported on issues as needed to ensure service level of 3Pls

· Ensure daily execution and monitoring of planned activities.

· Performed other inherent duties as required in support of operations.

• Education: Bachelor
• Experience: 2 years. Preferable experience in Last-mile Delivery, Logistic company
• Attitude: good
• Language: good English
• Computers skills: Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel), Google Sheets.
