Job requirement

  • Support the Lab Doctors’ team with lab results validations and approvals.
  • End-to-end complaint management: investigating complaints, finding the root cause, suggesting corrective and preventive actions, and communicating resolutions to clients/patients/doctors.
  • Perform all required preventive maintenance of the analyzers according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Conduct daily IQC, monitor its performance, troubleshoot the outliers, and document it.
  • Run EQA (PT) samples following the guidelines.
  • Process patients’ samples and ensure timely release of results according to the predefined TAT.
  • Participate in the material management of reagents and consumables.
  • Implement quality guidelines and assist in the preparation and execution of lab audits (internal or external i.e., ISO, DOH 2429 … etc.)
  • Follow safe laboratory practices and adhere to lab policies and regulations.

Job requirement

  • Graduated with a medical laboratory technique bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Certificate of practice (scope of activity: specialized in testing) and experience approving test results.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the laboratory technical field. 
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills especially in English, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Capable of multitasking and working proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
