Kỹ Thuật Viên Xây Dựng/Civil Techicnian (Củ Chi)

Job Summary:

Directly perform and repair construction items such as building, plastering, painting walls, and repairing floors at the factory. This position requires technical skills, good health, teamwork spirit, and high awareness of labor safety to ensure quality and handle problems according to the engineer's instructions.

Responsibilities :

• Daily check of construction related facilities inside and outside the factory.
• Follow and deploy the facility’s maintenance plan related to construction items
• Repair damaged construction items professionally and quickly.
• Support and supervise vendor for installation and repair of construction items (such as doors, walls, glass, manholes, floors, painting, brick works ...)
• Follow engineer’s instruction and work closely with all relative team members to achieve team goal.
• Promptly report technical incidents or abnormalities at the construction site
