Support in the development of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) process. Creation of autonomous preventive maintenance plans for production teams.

· Thực hiện việc kiểm tra nội bộ và yêu cầu pháp lý.

Carry out internal and legally required inspections.

· Hoàn thành đúng hạn các công việc bảo trì hư hỏng theo hướng dẫn công việc đối với các máy móc thiết bị liên quan đến hệ thống cơ sở hạ tâng.

On-time completion of breakdown maintenance work according to work instructions for machines and equipment regarding Facility system.

· Bảo đảm tất cả các hư hỏng của máy móc trong khu vực được ghi nhận và lưu hồ sơ (bao gồm các hư hỏng, thời gian sửa chữa, vật tư và nhân lực cho công việc sửa chữa thông qua các biểu mẫu đã được ban hành).

Ensure all equipment failures in the defined area are recognized and recorded (including failures, repair time, materials – spare parts and manpower for repair work through the form has been issued).

· Đảm bảo các hệ thống phụ trợ (dầu thủy lực, bôi trơn, bảo quản...) được cung cấp đủ cho máy móc và các thiệt bị theo đúng yêu cầu và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.

Ensure all operating supplies (hydraulic oil, lubricant oil, preservation oil...) were supplied as regulation and technical specification..

· Phối hợp và cung cấp thông tin cho nhân viên phụ trách kế hoạch vật tư của bộ phận để đảm tính sẵn có của phụ tùng thay thế cho máy móc và thiết bị phụ trợ với chi phí tồn kho thấp nhất.

Co-ordinate and provide information for Stock Administration Staff to ensure availability of spare parts of machinery and auxiliary equipment with the lowest cost of inventory.

· Tham gia các dự án lắp đặt máy móc và các thiết bị phụ trợ trong nhà máy.

Participate in project installation of machinery and auxiliary equipment in the plant.

· Giám sát nhà thầu thi công lắp đặt, bảo trì bảo dưỡng máy móc thiết bị hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng đạt yêu cầu an toàn, tiến độ và chất lượng đề ra.

Trình độ: Trung cấp trở lên

Level: Intermediate

 Kinh nghiệm/ Experience:

o  Có kinh nghiệm (ít nhât 3 năm) trong việc kiểm tra, vận hành, bảo trì và sửa chữa thiết bị hệ thống sở hạ tầng: Hệ thống điện, hệ thống cấp thoát nước, hệ thống khí nén, hệ thống điêu hòa không khí, hệ thống gas, hệ thống pccc, nước giải nhiệt, xử lý nước thải, tòa nhà…

    Experience (at least 3 years) in checking, operating, maintenance and repair equipments Facility system: Electrical, supply-waste water, compressed air, HVAC, gas, fire alarm protection, coolant, wastewater treatment, building…

o  Có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong phân tích lỗi máy móc hệ thống có sở hạ tâng.

Highly experienced in failure analysis of machines of Facility system.

o  Kinh nghiệm đọc-hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật.

Experiences in Technical drawings reading.

o  Sẵn sàng học hỏi công nghệ, quy trình mới trong và ngoài bộ phận

Willingness to develop in new technologies and processes internally and externally

o  Khả năng sử dụng thiết bị đo (các thiết bị đo hỗ trợ bảo trì ngăn ngừa)

Good experience in application of condition diagnosis and measuring devices. (Calibration, thermographic,….support to predictive maintenance)

Experience in monitor contractor.
