Job requirement

  • Assist management in maintaining, operating, and optimizing all machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns for CNC and high-precision mechanical systems
  • Implement system improvements, and deploy new technologies to maximize production efficiency and equipment reliability

Job requirement

  • Vocational Intermediate Level or College Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Heat-Refrigeration or equivalent specialisations
  • 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment, focus on repairing CNC and high-precision machinery
  • Can work by shift
  • Work location: VSIP1, Binh Duong, or Nhon Trach 1, Dong Nai
  • Thời gian làm việc: 48 giờ/tuần.
  • Lương cơ bản: tùy thuộc vào số năm kinh nghiệm làm việc (mức lương thỏa thuận).
  • Phụ cấp chuyên cần: 650.000 VNĐ/tháng.
  • Thưởng hàng tháng: Trung bình 20,83% lương cơ bản, dựa trên hiệu suất kinh doanh (được chi trả vào kỳ lương hàng tháng).
  • Thưởng cuối năm: 1 tháng lương cơ bản, tính theo thời gian làm việc thực tế trong năm (được chi trả vào kỳ lương tháng 12).
  • Chính sách thử việc: Hưởng 100% lương và tham gia đầy đủ bảo hiểm theo quy định: BHXH, BHYT, BHTN.
  • Phúc lợi khác: Cơm tại công ty, Khu vực giải trí (bi lắc, bi-a), Du lịch hàng năm, Quà sinh nhật, hiếu hỉ, Thẻ điện thoại hàng tháng.
