• Provide technical consultation and support for PTMG products.• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.• Support market development in assigned regions: Research customer needs and requirements & Provide potential customer lists to the Sales department.• Manage and conduct laboratory tests: - Support internal experiments or tests requested by customers.• Manage laboratory tools, chemicals, equipment, and testing data.• Participate in research and development of Polyurethane properties.• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
