Kỹ Sư Tự Động Hóa - Automation Technical Engineer

Trách Nhiệm

· Thiết kế hệ thống điều khiển tự động: Bao gồm lựa chọn thiết bị (PLC, HMI, Robot, cảm biến, servo, biến tần...), lập sơ đồ điện, thiết kế tủ điện cho các dự án và demo.

· Lập trình điều khiển, tích hợp hệ thống: Viết chương trình, kết nối truyền thông cho PLC, SCADA, HMI, Robot, cảm biến, biến tần, servo…

· Lắp đặt, vận hành, bảo trì & khắc phục sự cố: Hỗ trợ lắp đặt thiết bị, chạy thử, căn chỉnh và tối ưu hóa hệ thống. Bảo trì, sửa chữa tại khách hàng.

· Tư vấn kỹ thuật: Làm việc với các bộ phận khác như kinh doanh, cơ khí, điện để tư vấn kỹ thuật.

· Cập nhật tài liệu kỹ thuật: Ghi chép chương trình, sơ đồ, hướng dẫn vận hành, bảo trì.

Responsibilities:

· Design of automation control systems: Includes selecting devices (PLC, HMI, Robot, sensors, servo motors, inverters...), creating electrical diagrams, and designing control panels for projects and demos.

· Control programming and system integration: Develop programs and establish communication for PLC, SCADA, HMI, robots, sensors, inverters, and servo systems.

· Installation, commissioning, maintenance & troubleshooting: Support equipment installation, trial runs, calibration, and system optimization. Provide on-site maintenance and repair services.

· Technical consulting: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, mechanical, and electrical teams to provide technical consultation.

· Technical documentation update: Record programs, schematics, and create operation and maintenance manuals.
