Kỹ Sư Khuôn - Production Technician

• Operate, monitor, and optimize production equipment in cookware manufacturing.
• Work directly with molds: setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Review and interpret 3D drawings (CAD) for production planning and mold evaluation.
• Identify issues and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical problems.
• Support new product introduction and process validation.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with production standards.
• Must have experience in factory automation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cookware factory or metal forming environment.
• Strong understanding of molds, stamping/pressing, forming, polishing, or related processes.
• Ability to read and work with 2D/3D drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Experience in process improvement (Lean, Kaizen is a plus).
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good communicate in Chinese
