Experience:
Implement and monitor compliance with the HSE management system in accordance with Goldwind’s policies and local legal requirements.
Guide and coordinate with contractors to ensure all safety measures are properly executed on-site.
Conduct regular risk assessments, investigate incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with the HR department to identify training needs and deliver HSE training sessions for employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Track and analyze project HSE performance indicators (e.g., safe man-hours, incidents, near misses, etc.).
Oversee proper waste management, hazardous material handling, and environmental protection practices on-site.
Maintain and verify emergency response plans; organize regular drills to ensure site readiness.
Liaise with local authorities and external organizations on HSE matters when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in wind power, renewable energy, or large-scale industrial projects.
Good understanding of international HSE standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
Possession of NEBOSH certification or equivalent international HSE qualifications is a plus.
Strong communication, training, and reporting skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
Location: HCMC Office and assigned projects.
