KOL BD（booking KOL）

Key Responsibilities

Identifying KOLs: Able to source and categorize influential individuals in various industries or communities.
Building Relationships: Reach out to KOLs, foster connections, and negotiate partnership agreements, compensation terms, and deliverables with KOLs to ensure mutual benefit.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs to create content and campaigns that align with our brand to boost overall impression
Tracking Performance: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results (IMP、CPM,.etc)

Job Requirements

1.​​Core Competencies & Skills​​

​​Negotiation & Deal-Closing​​: Possess excellent negotiation skills with the core objective of ​​securing the best possible results at the most appropriate price​​.
​​Execution & Speed (for small KOLs)​​: Demonstrate the ability to work ​​fast and efficiently​​ when managing a high volume of small KOL partnerships, ensuring full execution closure from outreach to final delivery.
​​Professional Presentation & Strategic Negotiation (for large KOLs)​​: Must be highly ​​presentable​​ and capable of conducting complex, high-stakes negotiations, including ​​face-to-face meetings​​ when required to secure partnerships with major KOLs.
​​Communication & Interpersonal Skills​​: Exhibit outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to establish trust and maintain effective collaboration with KOLs of all tiers
2.​​Experience & Resources​​

​​Seniority Flexibility​​: The position is open to both ​​junior and senior-level candidates​​.
​​Resource Advantage (for senior roles)​​: ​​Preference will be given to senior candidates who bring their own established network of large KOL resources​​, enabling them to contribute immediately to high-value partnerships.
