What is Engineering Talent Program?

Kimberly-Clark’s Engineering Talent Program is a 12-month fast-track development journey designed to nurture young engineers into future manufacturing professionals. You’ll be based at our Bình Dương Mill – where innovation meets world-class operations – and become part of the team that delivers essential care products to millions of people every day. We don’t expect you to be an expert from Day 1 — but we do expect your curiosity, passion, and commitment to grow.

What You Will Experience

- Rotational assignments in key engineering functions (Electrical / Mechanical / Process)

- Hands-on learning on high-speed production lines and technical systems
