CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a Key Account Supervisor-B2B Channel (North) to take responsibilities for:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts in the B2B channel, ensuring revenue targets and business goals are met.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop suitable sales strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements, maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Build, train, and develop a strong sales team, fostering teamwork and equipping them with the necessary skills to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and customer service to provide timely solutions, supporting customer development and retention.
