Key Responsibilities
International Market Development
- Drive expansion in assigned international regions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in each region.
- Support the appointment and onboarding of new distributors or agents where required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt product assortments and commercial strategies to Clients’ needs.
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key international accounts (distributors, retailers, contract/projects).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and buying teams.
- Define and execute account plans to achieve sales, margin, and distribution targets.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Commercial & Negotiation
- Lead annual negotiations with key accounts, including pricing, assortment, forecasts, and commercial agreements.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets for key accounts.
- Ensure profitability and alignment with overall company strategy.
Product & Project Management
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely launches and availability.
- Support large-scale outdoor furniture projects (hospitality, residential, commercial) from specification to delivery.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and finance to ensure high service levels.
- Report regularly on account performance, risks, and opportunities.
