Overview of the position

The Key Account Manager will execute & manage sales and sales strategy for our business, especially for coconut products. Successful candidates will sustain and nurture key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop customer portfolio for our products, including frequent customer visits and calls
  • Report & sales update/ review on weekly/ monthly basic
  • Planning, co-ordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery to customer
  • Develop new customers for Private Label segmentation
  • Achieve sales target given by line manager
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to promote ofi product/ campaign to the customers
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings and industry events as necessary

Job requirement

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant fields
  • At least 2 years equivalent work experience in Sales Export/ International sales B2B Food Ingredient Sales/ Business Development/ Account Management, preferably in the food processing or agri-commodities sector.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
  • Teamwork / aggressive / communication/ Self-driven/ proactive
  • Working location: TTC Building, 6th floor, 8/2, Tran Quoc Tuan Street, Ward 4, Ben Tre
