Sales field: General forwarding service.
- Global logistics forwarding on Air and ocean freight.
- Domestic transportation sales
- Custom clearance service sales

Duties and Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
- Manage Key account of Glovis Vietnam (international freight, customs clearance, domestic transportation);
- Closely follow up on the sales leads to realization of service opportunities, negotiate and resolve any concerns to close target sales, proactively pursue to win the contracts/ projects;
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
- Ability to interact with customer for extensive business needs
- Set and attend regular customer visits/meeting.
- Effectively respond to all customer enquiries/issues;
- Problem solving using own initiative, keeping customers and partners updated with progress on time.
- Develop business plans to maximize revenues.
- Prepare the frequent sales and financial data reviews/reports weekly, quarterly and give the PowerPoint presentation to the management.
- Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate contracts and close agreements with potential partners or customers, driving profitable and sustainable growth.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on business development performance metrics. Present regular performance and progress updates to senior management

- University graduation
- Having over 4 years related sales experience in the logistics/ freight forwarding field at the same position.
- Good command of English.
- Good sales and customer service skills
- Honest and credible presence in the workplace.
- Well organized / Team player
- Proficient in using business intelligence tools for market analysis.
