You will join a team of passionate innovators to design, build, and improve mobile solutions for our riders. As part of GrabVenture - the incubator arm of Grab - you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects outside of ridesharing.
Get to know the Role:
As a Mobile Product Manager for GrabCycle, you will support the first ride-sharing marketplace app in SouthEast Asia. You will be working on various consumer and marketplace features currently in development, as well as build new solutions in the personal mobility space. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, heavily collaborative and iterative environment. In this role, you’ll be a leader of a team shaping our solutions.
The day-to-day activities:
- Own features and user experience improvements that grow our marketplace and increase consumer engagement
- Develop a mobile product roadmap with a deep standing of our competition, current/future consumer segments and technology/commerce trends
- Leverage consumer insights and primary research data to develop insights that influence product and marketing strategy
- Analyze data, formulate hypotheses and run A/B tests
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team including planning development and design sprints
- Interface with creative, business and technical operations to make sure that product requirements incorporate inputs from various stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with our business partners, cross-functional teams--Marketing, User Experience, Engineering, Sales and Marketing Operations--to achieve maximum results
- Define and track key KPIs to ensure business goals are realized. Own both top-down and bottom-up models that inform product roadmap and mitigate risk
The must haves
- 2+ years of product management experience for mobile consumer-facing products
- Proven track record of leading agile development teams that regularly release high-quality iOS and Android applications
- Strong project management skills and motivational leadership style
- Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business challenges
- Highly analytical with technical chops
- Mobile UX design expertise
- Must be able to communicate effectively with engineers through API specifications and product requirements documents
- Engineering or design background is a strong asset
