Kế Toán Sản Xuất

You'll be the primary person responsible for accounting and controlling production costs, especially for food raw materials. This also includes managing finished goods and raw material inventory according to current regulations, making sure all data is accurate and timely for both management and reporting needs.

Production cost accounting:

• Tập hợp và kiểm soát chi phí sản xuất: hạch toán chi phí nguyên vật liệu, nhân công, chi phí sản xuất chung. (Collecting and controlling production costs: Accounting for raw material costs, labor costs, and manufacturing overhead.)
• Tính giá thành sản phẩm gia vị: theo từng mã sản phẩm, đơn hàng, công đoạn.(Calculating product cost of seasoning costs by product code, sales order, and production phase)
• Phân bổ chi phí gián tiếp theo tiêu chí phù hợp với đặc thù sản xuất (Allocating indirect costs: Allocating these costs based on criteria relevant to the nature of food production)
• Theo dõi tồn kho nguyên vật liệu, bao bì, thành phẩm; đối chiếu với bộ phận kho và sản xuất. (Monitoring and tracking inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods; reconciling these figures with the warehouse and production departments.)
• Lập báo cáo giá thành, phân tích biến động chi phí, đánh giá hiệu quả sử dụng nguyên vật liệu và nhân công. (Preparing cost reports, analyzing cost variances, and evaluating the ef iciency of raw material and labor usage.)
• Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất, mua hàng để cải tiến quy trình kiểm soát giá thành. (Collaborating with other departments: Working closely with the production and purchasing departments to improve cost control processes)
• Theo dõi, kiểm tra, hạch toán xuất – nhập – tồn nguyên vật liệu, bao bì, thành phẩm.(Tracking and verifying inventory movements: Monitoring, checking, and accounting for the inflows, outflows, and balances of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.)
• Đối chiếu tồn kho định kỳ với thủ kho và hệ thống kế toán; xử lý chênh lệch (nếu có). (Reconciling inventory periodically: Regularly reconciling inventory balances with the warehouse keeper and the accounting system; addressing any discrepancies if any)
• Lập và lưu trữ phiếu nhập, xuất kho đúng quy trình, đầy đủ chứng. (Preparing and archiving accurate inbound and outbound inventory documents according to established procedures and with proper documentation.
• Phối hợp kiểm kê kho định kỳ và đột xuất.(Participating in physical inventory counts: Collaborating on periodic and ad-hoc inventory cou

• Bằng Cao đẳng hoặc Cử nhân chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán hoặc Tài chính.(A College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Auditing/Finance.)
• Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kế toán Sản xuất (chi phí giá thành và kho) trong ngành thực phẩm, F&B hoặc các công ty sản xuất. (At least 2-3 years of experience as a Production Accountant (cost and inventory) in the food, F&B industry, or manufacturing companies.) 
• Nắm vững các nguyên tắc kế toán chi phí và kế toán hàng tồn kho. (A strong grasp of cost accounting and inventory accounting principles.)
• Hiểu biết về quy trình sản xuất và cách quản lý định mức sử dụng vật tư.(Understanding of production processes and how to manage material usage standards.)
• Quen thuộc với các luật kế toán và thuế liên quan.(Familiar with relevant accounting and tax laws)
• Kỹ năng phân tích, tổng hợp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.(Good analytical, synthesizing and problem-solving skills).
• Giao tiếp và phối hợp hiệu quả với các phòng ban liên quan.(Communicate and coordinate ef ectively with relevant departments.)
• Yêu cầu Giao tiếp Tiếng Anh và Tiếng Trung (Communication skills in English and Chinese are required)

• Thời gian: Thứ 2 – Thứ 6 (09:00 – 18:00), thứ bảy, chủ nhật nghỉ
