Job requirement

  • Xuất hóa đơn & hạch toán các bút toán tương ứng cho khách hàng kênh GT dựa trên đơn hàng từ phòng kinh doanh, sau đó in hóa đơn từ phần mềm chuyển cho bộ phận cung ứng để giao hàng/ Issue invoices and record the corresponding journal entries for GT channel customers based on sales orders from the SO Department, then print the invoices from the system and forward them to the Supply chain Department for delivery.
  • Thực hiện xuất hóa đơn hàng khuyến mãi (FOC+GWP) theo kết quả được duyệt/ Issue promotional invoices (FOC + GWP) based on consolidated reports from the Sales Operations (SO) and Trade MKT, and MKT.
  • Kiểm tra hóa đơn dịch vụ khuyến mãi bằng tiền khi NPP xuất hóa đơn và hoạch toán chi phí dịch vụ để đảm bảo ngày 12 gửi cho bộ phận liên quan cấn trừ công nợ khi lên đơn hàng tiếp theo/ Verify promotional service invoices in cash when distributors issue them, and record the service expenses to ensure they are sent to the relevant departments by the 12th for offsetting against receivables in the next sales order.
  • Hạch tóan đối trừ chứng từ phải thu và khoản thanh toán để đảm bảo công nợ của khách hàng đúng/ Matching the receivable account with cash in bank to make sure the debt of each customer is clearCo-ordinate closely with Sales Operation and Marketing department to ensure the compliance with company' s process and guidelines.
  • Xuất kho, xuất chứng từ điều chuyển chuyển kho hàng hóa, vật phẩm theo yêu cầu xuất kho từ các bộ phận liên quan/ Warehouse transfer, output finished goods, promotion tool, items according to requests from relevant department.
  • Hỗ trợ kệnh KA, MT khi cần thiết/ Provide support to KA and MT channels as required.
  • Nhiệm vụ khác: hỗ trợ khác (nếu có)/ Others task: others support (if any)

Job requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp từ Cao Đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Tài Chính-Kế Toán/ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting (minimum College level required)
  • Kỹ năng sử dụng phần mềm Office (Đặc biệt là Excel)/ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Kỹ năng phân tích tốt/ Good analytics skills
  • Hiểu về chuẩn mực kế toán-thuế và hoạt động khuyến mãi/ Understanding of accounting and tax standards and promotional activities
