Partner Acquisition is in charge with driver acquisition one of indicator to drive market share in the area. The team need to be able to create a quick wins and long term strategy to accelerate growth of acquisition. The team need to also have the muscle skills to execute the strategy in timely manner
Get to know the Role:
- Fully responsible on acquiring driver in region. Operating this will need discipline and expected to be strategic and understanding the potential area/ channel for acquiring potential drivers
- You will be growing Grab the already strong presence in your area
- You will maintain the customer satisfaction level in your area
The day-to-day activities:
- Accountable for the delivery of driver acquisition strategy in your area
- Accountable for partner on-boarding, quality assurance
- Support City Manager Partnership and Driver Acquisition to ensure high retention rate & increase partners LTV
- You will make sure our level of service quality to both Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
The must haves:
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good in written and spoken English
- Minimum 3-5 years of primary experience in sales and partnership
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
- Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
- Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
- Minimum Experience 3 to 5 years
