Experience:
Order Review and Approval on Software
Review and check orders on the AMIS system.
Verify the accuracy of company policies, promotional programs, sales contracts, customer receivables, and product inventory (ensuring sufficient stock for order fulfillment). Average of 50 orders per day.
Approve orders on the AMIS system.
Monitor and prepare monthly wholesale channel sales revenue reports.
Report on goods issued on the system.
Inventory Control and Reporting
Conduct monthly inventory checks at the HCM warehouse (once per month).
Reconcile inventory quantities on the system with actual stock. In case of discrepancies, recheck physical inventory and records. If discrepancies remain, suspend accounting entries pending warehouse explanation.
Compile statistics and prepare monthly reports for submission to the Accounting Department.
Prepare daily inventory balance reports.
Reporting and Other Tasks
Perform related reports or tasks as required by the direct supervisor.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Other Responsibilities
Manage internal stock transfers between HCM and Hanoi.
Prepare consolidated reports of internal employee purchase lists for payment processing.
Educational : College degree or higher, preferably majoring in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Years of Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related business sectors.
Foreign Language Proficiency: Basic English communication skills.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiar with accounting software; preference for experience with MISA software.
