Job requirement

  • Receive and process customer orders in SAP; coordinate with warehouse and transporters for on-time delivery.

  • Prepare sales documents, delivery sheets, invoices, and follow up on payment collection.

  • Coordinate with forwarders and customers for import-export documentation and customs declaration.

  • Maintain and organize shipping documents in order; submit annual reports to the Department of Chemistry.

  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability and shelf life; reconcile with accounting monthly.

  • Track consumption and place purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers.

Job requirement

  • Graduated from University.
  • English: Upper - Intermediate level
  • Having at least 2 years sales experience as Logistic Staff, Import - Export Staff
