Job requirement

  1. Knowledge of the sofa manufacturing process.了解沙发制造流程
  2. Knowledgeable about The main equipment includes VOC, CNC sliding table saw for cutting equipment, punching machine, dust collector, air compressor, cotton opening and filling machine, pneumatic glue spray gun, nail gun, forklift,Jig&tooling, etc.熟悉主要设备，包括VOC、CNC推台锯等切割设备、冲床、除尘器、空压机、开棉充棉机、气动喷胶枪、钉枪、叉车、工装夹具等
  3. Ability to diagnose and handle problems quickly, minimize machine downtime.能快速诊断并处理问题，最大限度减少停机时间
  4. Turn on and off the air compressor every day, check the operation of the air compressor, and record每日开关空压机，检查其运行状态并做好记录
  5. Understand the PLC operation interface理解PLC操作界面
  6. Perfor other tasks as assigned by the department manager.执行部门经理指派的其他任务
