Junior Project Manager

Get to know the Role
Program manager to lead some key regional projects for Grab in Singapore. This role is part of our regional maps and content ops team chartered to identify areas for improvement in processes across geo and content, launch pilots to test, and work with our tools teams to create automation opportunities to improve efficiencies, where relevant.

The must haves:

1-3 years of product operations experience. Ideally should have worked as an operator in some process with hands on experience in a fast paced consumer tech firm. Preferably in ads, content or map ops

2 years of experience working in a Vendor management, or Project/Program Management capacity

Should understand the full lifecycle of how ops influences product all the way to the customer and vice versa

Extremely metrics driven. Should have ideally created, measured and optimized a metric in the past

Experience in conceiving, deploying and monitoring process improvement and tools features ideas to execution.

Experience working with a technical team in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to drive the development of the ideas
