Junior Inspector (Pre-shipment)

· Conducting the inspection assigned by Supervisor

· Studying both the Company and Customer’s inspection requirements to understand all requirements before job performance

· Performing Final Random Inspection, Pre-Inspections, Inline Inspections, drawing samples, container loading and other services in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), protocol and customer’s SOP

· Examining selected samples objectively and accomplish inspection reports according to inspected results, ensuring the accuracy and objectivity

· Complete final typed reports after end of inspections and ensuring there is no critical and major errors/ mistakes on inspection reports

· Supporting and delivering technical advice, experience exchange in team and involved parties, including special requirements and updated procedure. In addition, to enhance the team development through coaching and periodic training

· Joining all related training courses organized by company and clients as required

· Perform on-site assessment to new inspector

· Strictly follow TRVN’s Code of Conduct and related requirements as provided

· Perform other suitable duties as assigned by Manager

· Carrying out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor

· Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.

·       College or Bachelor’s degree: Food/Agriculture or related major.

·       Technical education background referable

·       Experience & further Qualifications (ONLY if different as described in global role description)

·       Experience in working both independently and team-oriented; collaborative environment

·       High analytical, observation and eager to learn

·       Keep reading and understanding all related standards/ regulation requirements

·       Good command of read and written English
