Job requirement

Reporting to the Category Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

A.    Campaign Planning and Execution (50% workload)

  • Brainstorming, planning and management category monthly, quarterly, annual campaign calendar.

  • Conceptualizing and developing interesting, relevant campaigns for Tiki’s customers with delightful user experience through desktop, mobile site, and apps interface to achieve conversion.

  • Working with external partners and internal stakeholder to ensure the campaign happens smoothly

  • Keeping oversight on campaigns and make necessary adjustments so as to achieve maximum efficiency

  •  Reporting the results

  • Working closely with brand partnership, online marketing, engineering and design leadership teams to drive aspects of campaign planning, channel optimization, as well as catalogue, landing and store page launches.

  • Leading on customer insights, customers behaviors, customers trend and co-ordinate with MD team to understand consumers product insight to bring the best benefit to customers and contribute in delivering targets.

  • Ensures exposure to different online marketing channels (Google ads, Facebook ads, social media, affiliates, & CRM pushes) effectively.

B.    Brand Partnership (30% workload)

  • Create and implement marketing plan with partner brands to develop effective co-marketing opportunities and branding integrations/activations in coordination with the Commercial Team and Online Marketing Team.

  • Arranging and executing onsite resource package and page decoration for in charged brand partnerships campaigns.

  • Working closely with brand partnership to Brainstorm, plan and management of Brand campaign calendar.

C.     Onsite Merchandise (20% workload)

  • Full onsite ownership (Look-and-feel, attributes, filtering, features, content, and banners) of Tiki’s Homepage.

  • Creating campaign governance and resource allocation criteria.

  • Ensuring page decoration and banner production is aligned with all categories and campaigns.

  • Arrangement and execution of onsite resource package and page decoration for Digital Service Category’s campaigns.

A.    Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required 

  • Knowledge of business intelligence and performance media is a plus but not required

  • Working experience from the retail organization/brand team/account management in agency is a plus but not required.

B.    Professional & Soft Skills:

  • Good English written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be flexible for overtime working and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments.

  • Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.

  • Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel)

  • Humble and willing to learn every day

  • Nimble, careful, enjoy working details.

  • Critical thinking and have service mindset
