Location: Hanoi | Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 1 WFH day/month

YOUR ROLE:

As a Junior Campaign Manager, you’ll be part of our performance marketing team and work on email campaigns that reach thousands (or even millions!) of users worldwide. Don’t worry – we’ll train you and support you every step of the way

️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the planning and execution of client email campaigns
• Set up and double-check all campaign elements (templates, tracking, pixels, etc.)
• Help monitor and improve campaign performance
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure great deliverability
• Handle databases and campaign footers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (hello Excel!)
• Assist with cool team projects and mini-campaigns when needed

Who We're Looking For:

• Comfortable using English every day (written and spoken)
• Super organized, detail-oriented, and love ticking off your to-do list
• Know your way around Excel (bonus if you enjoy playing with data!)
• Responsible, proactive, and always up for learning something new
• A great team player but can also work independently like a pro
