Jr Web Developer – Full Stack

The main responsibility of this team is to support the Senior Web Developer in current web-based projects, maintain those initiatives post-deployment, as well as aid the company in the development or enhancement of web-based initiatives

·     Strong written and verbal English

·     Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple organizational units and multiple events

·     Experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's

·     Web Programming Skills

·     Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards

·     Knowledge in security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications

·     Experience with Object-Oriented Design and Web User Interface Design (oUI)

·     Knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc...)

·     Multimedia Content Development

·     Degree in Computer Science or similar field of study

·     Coursework in Marketing is a plus

·     Exposure to executive management, as well as the authority to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems

·     Able to withstand work pressure

·     Desire to learn and develop their skills, especially project management skills

·     Teamwork

·     Strong verbal communication

·     Interest/participation in sporting events (namely running or triathlon) is a plus

Basic project manager/scrum master is a bonus
