In charge and responsible for legal issues of the company;
Participating in drafting contracts and documents issued and signed by the company, checking the legality of transactions of the company consulting, advising the BOD on the law;
Research, regularly and promptly update changes in laws, circulars, etc. related to production and business activities of the company;
Check policies system and ensure that the issuance and implementation of the company's policies are in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws;
Manage legal documents and files, solve arising legal problems of the company
Managing compliance with social responsibility;
Training compliance for All employees at least 01 time/year
Support HR departments about implementation of policies and benefits for employees;
Responsible for handling customer social responsibility audits
Other job according the BOD suggestion.
