JOB DUTIES
§ Assigned to Project Department
§ Report to Japanese General Manager of Project Department
§ Main Tasks:
- Input data into ECC accounting system for general expense of HNXSS
- Arrange, manage company car and OT of drivers,
- Making hotel reservation, car arrangement, air ticket for staff and guests
- Arranging meeting room and materials for meetings
- Arranging visa, resident permits for staff and guests
- Other assistant work
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Language skills : Japanese business level ( N3 – N2 )
English conversational level
- experiences in same position or experiences in Japanese company is a plus
- Sufficient skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point for presenting, e-mailing and reporting purposes.
- Fresh is OK
