JOB DUTIES
§ Assigned to Project Department
§ Report to Japanese General Manager of Project Department
§ Main Tasks:
- Support Development Team to find new strategic partners.
- The tasks include but not limited to; collecting, searching information from different sources, market research/analysis, opportunity finding, project management for investment opportunities and management of Mitsui’s invested assets.
- Secretary works for team leaders and team: meeting arrangement, translation/interpretation, visa, hotel, cars and air ticket arrangement, etc.
- Support to Japanese Business Association in Vietnam (JBAV);
- Other task as required
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Language skills : Japanese business level ( N3 – N2 )
English conversational level
- experiences in same position or experiences in Japanese company is a plus
- Experience in investment field, M&A, finance, PR preferable
- Sufficient skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point for presenting, e-mailing and reporting purposes.
- Fresh is OK
