Job DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese Manager and Hong Kong Office.
Job Responsibilities:
§ Conduct monthly internal reports
§ VAT, EIT, FCT, PIT for both Vietnamese staffs and expats
§ Prepare financial reports, balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow estimation
§ Analyze operational costs of each department
§ Coordinate with tax inspectors when auditing season is coming
§ Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
ü Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields
ü Having Chief Accountant Certificate
ü Language Skills: Japanese Business (Over N2)
ü the ability to speak some English is a big plus
ü Computing: MS Office proficiency - Accounting software:
ü More better : Knowledge Export process, manufacturing process
ü Better Experienced at similar positions in Japanese or Chinese companies.
§ Desirable Character:
ü Gender: Any
ü Age: around 30
ü Personality: people who have ability to respond quickly to business
