Japanese Engineer

• Working with Japanese customers about requirements, specifications, working processes, and technical solutions.
• Transfer requirements from Japanese customers to the Vietnam team
• Work with the team to develop new features and maintain existing code
• Collaborate with the team to design and develop software solutions that meet our customers' needs
• Analyze and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the integration process

- Nationality: Japanese

- Educational/Professional Background: Solid understanding and knowledge in software development.

- Work Experience:

• Has worked in Japan or collaborated directly with Japanese clients.
• Has experience managing projects within Japanese companies or on behalf of Japanese customers.

- Proficient in both English and Japanese, with strong communication abilities in a professional context.

- Involved in software development projects, particularly in areas such as web applications or cloud-based systems.

- Capable of handling high-pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
