I. ROLE
1. Building , developing and expanding the customer base to achieve the company's assigned revenue
2. Bring the company's image and services that are constantly innovative and competitively priced to each customer
3. Field Visits (Industrial Parks) to ensure adding up more potential to the client list.
II JOB DECRIPTION
1. Research customers before approaching to have exact business cooperation opportunities to ensure revenue
2. Meeting with clients, partners to bring the potential sales funnel for the company.
3. Executing strategies and exploiting market segments.
4. Implement strategy, maintain, develop according to customer segments
5. Entertainment meeting with clients to develop relationship and ensure networking growth with potential clients.
6. Being an effective, smooth, and continuous bridge between customers and other Dept. of the company.
7. Plan and monitor the "win" projects operating plan and esnure the effective service delivery.
8. Constantly upgrading and participating in proposal and company profile presentations to the clients.
9. Report to the BOD and business execution strategy and periodically report on the work being monitored and planned to do in the near future.

1. Actively looking for new customers (besides the assigned customer source), preparing the list of industrial park and key contacts
2. Proactively plan contact and work with current and potential clients in sync with the company
3. Proactively propose ideas for design, business, cooperation, and operation
4. Actively participate in activities and events related to the company's work and field of operation.
5. Monitor business situation by week, month, quarter, year
6. Prepare and make other plans, researches, reports and presentations as required by superiors
7. Participate fully in departmental and company meetings
8. Participating in departmental and company training courses
9. Research, learn, and understand documents and documents that are required by superiors and the company
10. Perform other tasks as required by superiors or the company from the smooth operations of projects after it hs gone live
