Job Purpose
- Part of the core GrabFood Jakarta Core City Ops Team, to lead, grow and optimise for the business
- Ensure top-notch Merchant content accuracy, Merchant parity, staff productivity and efficiency for the Food business in Jakarta
- Build strong local operational processes, working with local and country teams
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Jakarta Merchant Operations Lead, you will be:
- Responsible for local Merchant experience and operational hygiene --- in particular, building and executing on best practice processes/ playbooks to improve merchant content accuracy, merchant parity, merchant feedback, and driving local scalable merchant communication channels to meet the above objectives
- Proactive collaboration with local Sales and Account Managers, as well as country teams and product teams to improve city merchant content operations and internal processes.
- Manage a large local team for on-ground operational work
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, operations management, financial services, start-up/tech industry, or relevant experience in content optimization or product management
- Strong people and stakeholder management experience
- Great communication/interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate (read/write) in English
- Strong ability to use, and analyse data to inform decisions
- Willing to be hands on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership including the ability to project manage multiple tasks or experiments and provide relevant reporting
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment
- Relevant F&B industry would be ideal
- Loves food, is both process- and result-oriented, and loves rising to difficult challenges (we assure there will be enough to stay constantly hyped) !
