Job Summary: To ensure, manage, operate and maintain IT system
1. Network: monitoring network performance, maintain, configure and replace network equipments
2. VOIP: issue, setup, manage the VOIP phone system.
3. Support:
- Support Head Office,support for end user which is in different location.
- Delivery support at maintenance/ remodeling/ upgrade.
- Train for new member about the software and hardware.
- Motivate people to work with right direction and provide technical support to the users.
4. Hardware:
- Solve outage and replace detective hardware
- Contact User service/ IT helpdesk on defective hardware
- Check and maintain label printers, barcode printers, peripherals
- Check and maintain office equipment: printers, photocopier, fax…..
- General check on desktop,laptop and infrastructure
- Maintain data center (servers, UPS, PaBX, network devices)
- Setup ,monitoring ,maintain CCTV system
5. Data backup
- Change backup tapes according to data backup procedure
- Transfer tapes to Head Office for off-site storage
6. Suppliers
- Order consumable suppliers (IT equipment,paper, ribbons, printer cartridges, batteries…)
- Manage stock of consumable suppliers.
- Make monthly payments to vendors and the internet service provider.
7. System and application:
- Support daily business process, trouble should and advise solution
- Work with AS400 ERP, database and Microsoft product.
- Programming / developing new apps
- Roll out applications
- Fix Asset management Hardware & software license
