- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software for employees.
- Perform repair and preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
- Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve user problems in a timely manner.
2. System and Network Administration:
- Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Manage systems such as Domain Controller, Email, Website, Portal, and File Servers.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security.
- Maintain security infrastructure and ensure IT compliance standards are met.
3. ERP System Support:
- Support the operation and administration of the company’s ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless ERP performance and successful project delivery.
4. Infrastructure Monitoring & Incident Response:
- Continuously monitor server and network infrastructure for performance, failures, and vulnerabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.
- Replace or upgrade hardware components when repair is not possible.
5. Network & Internet Security:
- Implement security measures to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Maintain and update firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection systems.
- Proactively prevent threats such as data leakage, malware, and system vulnerabilities.
- Respond to and resolve network-related security incidents.
6. User Training & Documentation:
- Provide user training and documentation for common IT systems and applications.
- Support employees in using internal tools and technologies efficiently.
