Job requirement

Managing our own Logistics program “HLMS”

  • Candidates with a background in logistics are preferred.
  • Contacting with Korean managers and reporting on the issue of program.
  • Diagnose and collect the issue of HLMS and deliver to KOREA HQ.
  • Prepare logistics performance reports, cost analyses, and planning summaries.
  • Analyze logistics trends (volumes, modes, costs) and forecast future requirements.
  • Support management reviews and HQ reporting requirements.
  • Manage and review contracts and service-level agreements (SLA) with logistics providers.
  • Analyze total logistics cost structure and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support Finance in monthly closing, cost variance analysis, and profit/loss review.
  • Ensure data integrity and standardize operation master data (port codes, route tables, cost codes).
  • Handle escalations, exceptions, and urgent shipments with proactive communication to customers.

Experience in set up and fix computer or software

  • Install and repair basic computer units.
  • Fix basic computer errors, printer malfunctions, and photocopier issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repair various types of printers and photocopiers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems of printers and photocopiers.
  • Replace and install components and parts for printers and photocopiers.
  • Instruct staff on proper usage and maintenance of machines.
  • Prepare reports on machine conditions and completed tasks.

Job requirement

  • University graduate with major in IT and related majors.
  • Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Agile style, polite attitude, good communication and information transfer skills.
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-controlled, careful, meticulous and responsible for work.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word, ... and related software.
  • Good communication skills in English and ability to write reports in English.
