IT Recruitment

Mô tả công việc

• Understand Business Units’ personnel requirements and pro-actively provide recruitment services for diverse positions, from high priority to manager or staff-level;

• Manage company’s recruitment process: Screen/pre-select resumes, schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system, collect employee documents, generate offer letters;

• Reviewing and suggest initiatives to improve the recruitment process and cost effectiveness;

• Initiate and implement Employer Branding initiatives with marketing to build to-of mind awareness for our employer brand;

• Stay on top of managing job advertisements on company’s website and internal referral program.

• Search for qualified candidates according to the relevant job criteria by using networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, social media, recruiting firms, internal referrals and build up a talent or candidate pool to meet hiring needs as requirement and in accordance with recruitment plan;

• Participate in job fairs (if any) and contact colleges, universities for job opening;

• Arrange for interviews and prepare as well maintain employment records;

• Response and follow up with candidates after interviews;

• Conduct reference checks about applicants;

• Initiate and implement Employer Branding program;

• Assess performance of new employees and conduct exit interviews, reviewing and improving the recruitment process.

• Administrate Internship/Trainee-ship Program that engages and builds talent pipeline for the company;

• Be an active net-worker and an HR Professional to represent the Company inside and outside

Job requirements:

• University or College graduated with major Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant fields

• At least 01 years of working experience in recruitment and/or IT recruitment experience is preferred

• Experience in recruitment via social network and Chat such as: Facebook, LinkedIn, Slack, etc.

• Proficiency in English, MS Office and Internet searching skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sourcing skills and techniques

• Ability to work independently and teamwork


• Working time from Monday – Friday, from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
