Position Overview:

As an IT Manufacturing Analyst within our Manufacturing IT Team, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance the ERP IFS system, implement additional modules, automate Shop Floor processes, and lead the digitalization efforts of our factory. The ultimate goal is to transform our plant into a fully paperless facility by 2025, including support for MES implementation and data capture from all factory equipment to eliminate manual data entry and paper usage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the enhancement and maintenance of the ERP IFS system.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement additional ERP modules.

3. Assist in the automation of Shop Floor processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

4. Contribute to the digitalization efforts of the factory, ensuring seamless integration of digital technologies.

5. Support the implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to optimize production processes and data capture.

6. Integrate data capture solutions with factory equipment to enable real-time data acquisition and minimize manual data entry.

7. Provide technical support for IT-related issues within the manufacturing environment.

8. Collaborate with IT colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and network-related challenges.

9. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing IT.

10. Use ticketing tools to provide support and assistance to other factories as part of our global Manufacturing IT team.
